Pastel Rao, a halfling child born to a sylph father and a mortal mother. Her mother is well known for being very charming and beautiful, she's so famous in fact that even Damien knows of her.
Pastel is well known for being rather promiscous, with Virginia saying that she would flirt with everything that moves, and if you decide to run for a spot on the Student Council and give out free hugs to get attention towards you she will be a little too enthusiastic about it.
You can gain a kiss from her (in Horse Hall) if you buy her a valentine.
Based on the amulet she wears she's most likely very good at Black magic, and she's very good friends with Virginia and her brothers.
In Wolf Hall the PC is avoiding Pastel because of his background, but she is available as a side route. If you follow Minnie's route, you will eventually have the option to choose between Minnie and Pastel.
